Instructed by Jeff (illustrator and teacher), you will learn the keys to becoming a drawing aficionado, regardless of your starting level or age, through a joyful approach to drawing. There will be various exercises designed to help you understand the thought processes involved in learning how to draw and observe the world around you. These exercises will also serve as practise and an instruction manual to help you create your final project: a sketchbook!

The sections will be as follows:

  • Tools and materials
  • Lines and shapes 
  • Composition
  • Capturing a scene
  • Capturing people
  • Final project

Living through adversity is tough, but you don't need to dwell in a place of sustained stress. Having an approach which enables you to find hope, joy and a renewed sense of inspiration is key.
